1. New Pay Statement Integration Option

new pay statement integration option, that reads and displays pay statement data directly from Employee Central Payroll and is enhanced with two payroll key figures – gross and payout amount.

Based on this Pay Statement (direct) option, you can enable employees to quickly access pay statements from the Latest Home Page

We enabled Pay Statement (direct) to ease the Pay Statement integration, as it doesn’t require replication of payroll results.

Please note that, while the Employee Central side of this feature is available, you can’t use the feature as a whole until the support package mentioned is released. Note also that the full documentation won’t be available until then either.

2. Deep Link to Pay Statement Overview

You can now enable your employees to access their pay statement overview from different access points using the new deep link /sf/latestpayperiod.

This deep link is primarily available for the integration option of Pay Statement (direct) and navigates the user to the Pay Statement (direct) overview page.

Customers asked for a deep link that can be included in external places, like, for example, the corporate portal.

3. Replication of Payment ID and Off-Cycle Reason to Infotype 0267

You can now replicate payment ID and off-cycle reason from Employee Central to infotype 0267.

We want to help customers seamlessly replicate pay components for planned and ad hoc off-cycles.

Synchronization Support Package EA-HR SP86 must be installed in your Employee Central Payroll system. Note that the full documentation of the feature will only be available with this support package.

4. Creating Locations in Employee Central and Replicating to Employee Central Payroll

A new framework allows for creating or changing locations in Employee Central that are replicated to Employee Central Payroll.

The framework adds two new fields to the Locations, which interface, allows creating and maintaining personnel areas and personnel subareas in Employee Central that replicate to Employee Central Payroll. This operation is valid for creation of new area objects as well as changing area objects.

This feature allows the administrator in Employee Central to create and maintain personnel areas and personnel subareas. The new or changed personnel areas and subareas are replicated to Employee Central Payroll.
