1. Enhancements – Branded Manual Emails
Admin Center opt-in Enhancement Category: Major Reference Number: RCM-52376
What is it?
Ability to send branded emails when sending manual emails to a candidate or multiple candidates.
Why is it important?
It will be possible to select a ‘Brand’ and a ‘Email Layout’ when sending manual emails. Previously configured Brands and Email Layouts
used in Email Campaigns can be selected.
Manual emails can be sent from:
– Candidates > Search > Select candidate(s) > Send Mail
– Candidate Profile > Email
– Candidate Summary Workbench > Select candidate(s) > Action > Email candidate
– Application > Email
– Offer Letter > Send via email

2. Enhancements – Job Analyzer Feedback Buttons
Automatic release Enhancement Category: Minor Reference Number: SML-946
What is it?
Salary Recommendations and Gender Words Replacements can now receive feedback and suggestions from Users.
Why is it important?
Improving the quality of the ML Salary recommendations takes a lot of ongoing input data ; Users will be able to provide feedbacks on whether they agree or disagree with the Salary Recommendations for a given Job Requisition, so the ML algorithms can improve continually and provide ever better recommendations.
As per the Gender Replacement Words, the best solution for building up best practices is people’s knowledge, more than pure machine learning. When Job Analyzer does not provide any replacement suggestions – or if none of the replacement suggestions are satisfactory in that context – the User will be able to enter their own custom words for replacement. These custom suggestions will be applied, and aggregated over time so we can build up a common dictionary of best practices for eliminating Gendered Wording from Job Requisitions.
Prerequisites
No prerequisite, it will be part of Job Analyzer standard as of 1811.
3. Enhancements – CRM Send Test Email Campaign
Admin Center opt-in Enhancement Category: Minor Reference Number: RCM-51774
What is it?
Ability to send a test email to an email account to see how the Email Campaign will look.
Why is it important?
It will be possible to send an email campaign to a specific email account as a test. This way, recruiters can send the test email campaign to
themselves and see how it will look when it is sent to candidates later.
Prerequisites
Email Campaign functionality needs to be enabled
4. Enhancements – Search Candidates by ‘Marketing Emails Consent’ status
Admin Center opt-in Enhancement Category: Minor Reference Number: RCM-51774
What is it?
Ability to search for candidates by their ‘Marketing Emails Consent’ opt-in status.
Why is it important?
It will be possible to find and add candidates to an Email Campaign by their opt- in status. This would be super helpful when creating an initial email campaign for existing candidates in the system who have not specified their marketing email consent status yet and this email campaign is designed to nudge them to opt in
Prerequisites
Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings > General Data Privacy Settings: ‘Show the “Consent to Marketing Emails” checkbox on account creation and on the candidate profile’ must be turned on
5. Enhancements – Ability to add more than 250,000 candidates to Email Campaign
Admin Center opt-in Enhancement Category: Minor Reference Number: RCM-51774
What is it?
Ability to add more than 250,000 candidates to an Email Campaign at a time.
Why is it important?
It will be possible to search for and select up to 2 million candidates to add to an Email Campaign. This is especially usual when creating an initial email campaign for existing candidates in the system who have not specified their marketing email consent status yet and this email campaign is designed to nudge them to opt in. There could be many hundreds of thousands of such candidates in the system and it is useful to be able to ‘select all’ of them to add to a country specific opt-in email campaign.

6. Enhancements – CRM Talent Pools
What is it?
Ability to directly add candidates from Job Req > Candidate Summary page to a Talent Pool.
