I completed Employee Central and Time Off training with Anipe, and it was a great learning experience. He has strong expertise in SuccessFactors and covers both implementation and support concepts using real-time examples, making the sessions practical and easy to follow.

He starts every topic from the basics and gradually connects it with related concepts, which helps in understanding the complete flow rather than just memorizing steps. The sessions are interactive with regular questions and mock tests after each topic.

One thing that stood out was his explanation of the XML side of SuccessFactors, which gave a deeper understanding of how the system actually works. He used live examples, created test data, explained each field clearly, and demonstrated outputs through different scenarios.

He also helped us get affordable system access for practice and was always available for doubts even outside class hours.

The course suits both beginners and experienced professionals. I gained a lot of confidence after completing it, though consistent practice and following his preparation plan are important to do well in implementation or support roles.
