What is it?
Email Campaigns allow customers create and send branded emails to keep in touch with their candidates. Email statistics such as how many were viewed, clicked, unsubscribed etc are tracked.

2. Candidate Profile Updates for Email Campaigns:

What is it?
Candidate Profile has been enhanced to show ‘Email Campaigns sent to the candidate in the ‘Email Campaigns’ portlet.

New portlet on Candidate Profile: Email Campaigns
• Visible to Recruiting Users
• Only Sent emails are shown (not draft)
• Possible to add this candidate to draft Email Campaigns directly from the portlet
• Email Campaigns portlet on ‘Print Preview’ as well
3. Marketing Email Consent Management

What is it?
With the new ‘Marketing Email Consent’ feature, a candidate can choose to opt-in or opt out of marketing emails. Email Campaigns can only be sent to candidates who have opted in to receive marketing email campaigns.
Why is it important?
Before sending any marketing email to candidate, consent has to be given by candidate. There was already a check box “Hear more about career opportunities” in candidate creation page in Recruiting Marketing, but the value of check box was not stored in Recruiting Management. From this release onwards, the value will be stored in RCM.

What is it?
It is now possible to archive Talent Pools. UI enhancements when viewing Talent Pool with candidates who choose restricted privacy setting.
Why is it important?
Continuous improvement of Candidate Relationship Management features

Talent Pool features have been turned on via Upgrade Center Role Based Permissions for Talent Pool objects have been set up
Reference Number: RCM-49503
What is it?
RCM only customers can now create Job Requisitions with more than one value for the Location field from the UI, as well as through OData API.
Why is it important?
• Previously, you could only post job requisitions with multiple values using Recruiting Marketing.
• These jobs can be posted on the Internal and External Career Sites which are then searchable for candidates

• RBP
• Foundation objects (standard Foundation Object Location field would need to used for this feature)

What is it?
• On an Anonymized Application, the Job Applied Portlet will no longer be visible.
• All orphaned attachments like Interview Feedback etc. would be deleted from the system.
Why is it important?
Operators can no longer identify the Candidates linked to an Anonymized application.
All attachments that are no longer relevant will be purged from the system.
Prerequisites • none.
7. Change Logging and Info Report
Reference Number: RCM-49481
What is it?
• The Change Audit Log report now also contains the secondary login (provisioner id and provisioner email).
• The Information Report for the Candidate Profile has been modified to give the exact Visibility Options on the Candidate Profile.
Why is it important?
• By logging the secondary login user details, it is now possible to track the changes to the right Secondary User.
