2. Addition of Copy Feature for Certain Benefit Objects
A copy feature has been added for certain Benefit objects, allowing you to reuse benefit, insurance plan, and work/life event configuration objects.
We’ve added a feature that allows you to copy the Benefit, Insurance Plan, and Benefit Work/Life Event Configuration objects so that you can reuse them. This means that you can copy and reuse any benefit, insurance plan and work/life event configuration. This feature has been enabled in Admin Center Manage Data, wherein you can select the required object type.
Note: The copy feature is available only when you access these benefit objects from the Manage Data screen and not the Benefits Admin Overview screen.
Currently, when you create a benefit object with fields similar to an existing object, you have to configure each field individually inside the object . Now, you can copy an existing object and modify only the required fields to create a new benefit.

3. Addition of New Fields in the Benefit Employee Opt-out Requests Object
We’ve added additional fields to enhance the Benefit Employee Opt-out Requests object.
Two new fields, Opt-out Request Status and Benefit are introduced in the Benefit Employee Opt-out Requests object.
- Opt-out Request Status: This field displays the status of the opt-out request by the employee. It displays either Opt Out Successful, Pending, or Cancelled.
- Opt Out Successful: When the opt-out process is complete for the benefit
- Pending: When the opt-out request by the employee is awaiting approval
- Cancelled: When the opt-out request by the employee is rejected by the administrator or retracted by the employee
- Benefit: This field displays the benefit name and details.
These fields provide additional details about the opt-out requests by the employees. Earlier, when an employee created an opt-out request, it appeared as a record in the Benefit Employee Opt-out Requests object. The actual status of the opt-out request wasn’t displayed in this object. It was available only in the workflow. Now, with the current update, you can understand the status of the employee’s opt-out request.
