1.Compliance Forms Data Schema in People Analytics Story Report
A new schema for compliance has been added in People Analytics. You can use the compliance schema to create a Story Report for compliance forms.
You can build queries using the fields in the compliance schema. Form name, form completed on, current status, and due date are examples of some of the fields in the compliance schema.
The compliance schema enables you to display the status of the compliance forms that you retrieved through queries in the form of charts, tables, pictograms, and so on. Sap SuccessFactors Onboarding H2 2020.

2.Compliance Forms for the United States of America
Compliance forms for the United States of America are now available in Onboarding. These include Form I-9, Federal W-4, and State Withholding forms.
As an administrator, you can enable or disable compliance forms in Admin Center.
Compliance forms are a critical part of the Onboarding process. By configuring these forms, you can implement features necessary to conform to business, legal, or region-specific requirements in the United States.
Existing customers must update the Business Process Engine (BPE) process flow to fetch the new BPE definitions (including compliance details) to configure Compliance. Sap SuccessFactors Onboarding H2 2020.
Role-Based Permission Prerequisites
To view the web forms assigned to a new hire, enable User ComplianceDocumentFlow AssignedComplianceForm.
For a new hire to access the document workflow, enable User Compliance Object Permissions ComplianceDocumentFlow.
For a new hire to view and sign the compliance forms and generate PDF documents, enable User Compliance Object Permissions ComplianceFormData.
To view and complete the web forms assigned to a new hire, enable User Compliance Object Permissions ComplianceProcess.
For a new hire to enter data and save a compliance form, enable User Compliance Object Permissions ComplianceUserData.
For the new hires to view the compliance forms, provide read access by enabling Employment Details Employment Details MSS View option. Sap SuccessFactors Onboarding H2 2020.

3.US Form I-9
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding now supports the US Form I-9 for collecting employment eligibility information from new hires employed in the United States. Onboarding uses the same MDF data model as Employee Central eliminating the need to map data from Employee Central to Onboarding.
We added this feature so our customers could use the US Form I-9 to collect employment eligibility information from new hires in the Unites States.
Configuration Requirements
To use the US Form I-9, configure the following:
- Configure business rules for triggering Form I-9.
- Create a responsible group for the Form I-9 signature task.
- Configure a business rule to assign a corporate compliance representative to the Form I-9 signature task.
- Run the Biz Daily Rule job to enable the Compliance Feature and role-based permissions for Form I-9.
- Enable the United States compliance settings toggle for US_I9.
Role-Based Permission Prerequisites
To view and edit Form I-9 user data, grant the following compliance permissions:
For the new hire to view and edit Form I-9 User Data, enable User Compliance Object Permissions I-9 User Data.
For the hiring manager to view and edit I-9 User Data Documents, enable User Compliance Object Permissions I-9 User Data.Documents (I-9 Document).
For the translator to view, edit, create, and adjust the Form I-9, enable User Compliance Object Permissions I-9 User Data.Translators (I-9 Translator).
For the assigned Responsible Group to view Form I-9 Audit Trail, enable User Compliance Object Permissions I9AuditTrail.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding supports email templates that can be configured to notify stakeholders of compliance-related events.
The email templates supported now are:

5.Configurable Sensitive Personal Data Fields for Read Audit
We’ve enhanced the Read Audit feature so that you can configure fields in different modules as sensitive for read access logging. You now also have an overview of all allowable sensitive personal data fields and the current quota usage.
The enhanced Read Audit tab on the Manage Audit Configuration page let’s you perform the following tasks:
- Review all fields that are already configured or can be configured as sensitive
- See the quota and usage information of sensitive personal data fields for your company
- Go to the corresponding module pages to configure sensitive personal data fields
Apart from the navigation links on the configuration page, you can also find the configuration information for each module as follows:
