1. Configurable New Hire
You can now flexibly configure the hiring process to cater to different needs for your workforce. You create templates where you specify only the blocks needed for the type of employment you are hiring for, meaning that you can add, remove, and rearrange the order of the blocks as well as add standard and custom MDF objects to the configuration.
For example, you can add a National ID that has a different format than the standard supported format or you can add a custom block to collect T-shirt sizes to order uniforms for the new hires. SuccessFactors Employee Central H2 2020

2. New Experience for the Home Page
We’ve redesigned the home page user experience so that it’s simpler and more engaging. You can enable it in the Upgrade Center and control access to it with role-based permission.
The latest home page experience includes:
- quick access to frequent or important actions
- dynamic, individualised content for the user
- custom content for the organization
- a consistent experience on all devices, both on the Web and in our mobile app
- a banner image for branding
- a simplified administration experience

3. Qualtrics Email Surveys for EC New Concurrent Employment
You can use Intelligent Services events to send employee information to Qualtrics, so that you can send a Qualtrics survey via email to them when are assigned to concurrent employment.
Customers wanted a way to be able to simplify the process for sending a survey in an email.
Enabling this feature requires Employee Central, a Qualtrics Employee Experience license for Lifecycle projects, and enabling Intelligent Services and Integration Center.
You use your Qualtrics account to create surveys and view its results. All the settings to configure the contents and schedule for the email survey are also performed at Qualtrics.

4. Admin Alerts 2.0 for HR Data Issues
Admin Alerts 2.0 now monitors HR data issues arising out of incorrect or invalid Foundation Object configurations in the Job Information of users, in addition to monitoring issues related to inactive dynamic role users.
As a Manager or an Administrator, you can proactively identify and resolve the reported Job Information issues to maintain data integrity. We intend to make Admin Alerts 2.0 the preferred application to manage HR data issues, and deprecate the legacy Admin Alerts in a future release.

5. Ad Hoc Time Accounts
