2. Enhancements to Quick Apply
A candidate with an existing account, applying for a job requisition or job posting that has been defined as Quick Apply, now has the option to accept or reject the updated Data Privacy Consent Statement (DPCS). A dialog is displayed if any recent changes were made to the DPCS statement.
When the popover appears:
- If you accept the DPCS statement, the candidate can proceed with the application flow to apply for a quick apply enabled job.
- If you decline the DPCS statement, the candidate profile is deleted and all the immediate application steps that occur after the deletion are performed.
How It Looks Now
In the current version, an existing candidate can accept the changed DPCS statement as a part of the application flow on the Quick apply UI.
Previously, the candidate had to log on to the candidate profile and accept the DPCS statement before proceeding with the quick apply requisition.

We’ve paginated the noncascading multiselect picklist values on the Job Search page for external and internal career sites. Additionally, the values you choose from these picklists are displayed on the Job Search page.
This enhancement improves the performance of noncascading multiselect picklists.
What’s Changed
How It Looks Now
In the current version, the values for the noncascading multiselect picklists, for example, Job Function and Employment Type are paginated and the selected values are displayed.
How It Looked Before
In the previous version, all the picklist values were loaded at once and the selected picklist values weren’t displayed on the Job Search page.
