1. Anonymize Selected Job Applications in Recruiting
You can now anonymize sensitive job application data that was missed during initial anonymization.While creating a purge request for inactive job applications from the Data Retention Management admin tool, you now have a new option, Selected Job Applications, which anonymizes the sensitive data (missed during initial anonymization) on a list of job applications that you can upload in CSV format.
This feature is applicable for both Data Retention Time Management (DRTM) and Data Retention Management (Legacy DRM) purge request types for inactive job applications. Use this option when you:
- Set a field in the job application template to anonymize=”true” from anonymize=”false” after the job applications have been anonymized.
We’ve introduced this feature to enable you to create a purge request to anonymize job applications that were missed during initial anonymization without the need to contact Product Support.

2. Migration of Job Role Tags from Job Description Manager to Job Profile Builder in Recruiting
If you’re using Job Description Manager (JDM) and want to switch to Job Profile Builder (JPB) to use job profiles, you no longer need to migrate the job role tags manually.
When you switch to Job Profile Builder by enabling the Use Job Profiles in Requisitions option in Admin Center Manage Recruiting Settings, a new background job now migrates the job role tags from Job Description Manager to Job Profile Builder.
Note : If you see the Job Profile tab on your Job Requisitions page, it means that you’re already using Job Profile Builder.
This enhancement eliminates the need to manually migrate job role tags from JDM to JPB, thus making it easier for you to switch from JDM to JPB.

3. Post Externally Posted Private Jobs to Job Boards
You can now post the externally posted private jobs to job boards even though the job is not publicly posted to the external corporate sites.
To post the externally posted private jobs to job boards, you have to enable the Allow Recruiters to post the externally posted private jobs to the job boards option in the Admin Center >> Manage Recruiting Posting Settings page.
We’ve introduced this enhancement because some countries/regions, legally, have to post jobs on specific job boards for a particular time before posting them on the external career site.

4. Lithuanian Locale Support in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting now supports Lithuanian locale (lt_LT) as a language option.
As an administrator, you can enable the Lithuanian locale in the system so that people in your organization can choose it in their personal language settings. The Lithuanian locale is available to all customers
We have made this enhancement to improve the user experience by providing multi-language support.
