1. Multiple Languages Supported in Field Completion
You can now set up posting rules in various languages in field completion. As an administrator, you can now set up rules to automatically fill job posting forms in different languages, either with default values or with rules based on job requisitions.
Fields were previously pre-filled in the main language of the job posting with no means of pre-filling fields in additional languages. The field completion feature was enhanced to enable users who post multilingual jobs to have fields pre-filled, to save time.

2. More To-Do Tasks on the Latest Home Page
We added more to-do tasks to the latest home page, from across the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite.To-do tasks requesting your approval of something appear in the Approvals section.
Other to-do tasks appear in the For You Today section. You can enable to-do tasks on the latest home page in the Upgrade Center.

3. Enhanced Display Settings for the Job Posting Table
You can now view all the posted jobs in the Job Posting Table irrespective of whether you are associated with the posting profile used for posting the job requisition or not.
A Job Posting Visibility option is now available in the Manage Recruiting Posting, under Edit Settings options in the Settings section. You can view only the posted jobs associated with your Posting Profile by default. Disabling the Job Posting Visibility option ensures that all the users have permission to view the posted jobs.
Note
You can select a different profile in Select job boards section of the Post a job page if you are associated with multiple profiles.

4. Tenant Preferred Time Zone Available in Admin Center
Tenant preferred time zone is the server time zone before servers are migrated to the UTC time zone. You can access it in Admin Center >> Company Settings >> Platform Feature Settings.
If your server has been migrated to the UTC time zone before the 2H 2021 release, the tenant preferred time zone of your tenant is the UTC time zone.
