1.Email Correspondence
What is it?
Email Correspondence enables Recruiters to have complete history of manual email communication with candidates. Recruiters initiate the email, and then the reply from candidate is captured and logged in SuccessFactors Recruiting. Then the Recruiter can either reply from the new ‘Message Center’ or from their own email server and that reply is also captured and logged in SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Why is it important?
Recruiters have an efficient way to email back and forth with the candidate without leaving SuccessFactors Recruiting. Email threads are logged in Recruiting with sort and filter functionality.
Prerequisites
Role Based Permissions
Enable Generic Objects – MDF
Enable the new feature via Upgrade Center or Admin Center
2.Activity Tracking and Dashboard
What is it?
Activity Tracking gives the Recruiting User the ability to “follow” up to 100 existing candidates. By following the candidate, the users feed will display specific actions that the followed candidates have completed. The actions will appear on the feed with the most recent event showing at the top. From the feed, users can navigate to the candidates profile and take actions such as add the candidate to a talent pool or email campaign. Events that will appear on the feed include:
- Candidate Logs In to the Career Site
- Candidate Completes a Data Capture Form
- Candidate Saved a Draft of a Job application
- Candidate Abandons Job Application
- Candidate Applies to a Job
Why is it important? This feature provides the user with easily accessible insight into the actions of candidates that they have followed. It also gives user ability to take action on those candidates as a result of events in the feed.

3.Mass Initiate Onboarding
What is it?
Global Enterprise: Mass Hiring Feature
The ability to initiate onboarding for multiple applications associated to a Job Requisition in one go. No new configuration is needed to turn ON this feature.
Why is it important?
For high volume use cases this significantly improves user experience by allowing processing of applications in mass. The user would not need to navigate from application to application to initiate the Onboarding process.
Prerequisites
- Onboarding feature turned ON
- Onboarding feature permission on the Application template
- Onboarding Initiate Permission for the logged in user in RBP
4.New agency portal experience
