1.Mass Upload Résumés:
What is it?
Global Enterprise: Mass Hiring Feature
Recruiter users can upload up to 100 résumé files and have the system automatically parse the résumé, and create candidate profiles from the information in the résumé. The candidates created via the mass upload process can be searched via the ‘batch name’ the user indicates during the process.
Why is it important?
Ability to upload resume files in word, text, pdf and even image formats. Recruiters themselves with the appropriate permissions can easily create many candidate profiles for the résumé files they may receive. Successfully created candidates can be searched and added to Talent Pools, Email Campaigns and forwarded to Requisitions.
Prerequisites
Resume Parsing must be turned on and configured

2.Bulk Create Candidates from .CSV File :
What is it?
Recruiter users can upload a .CSV file containing candidate data (up to 1000 candidates in each file) and have the system automatically create candidate profiles from the information. The candidates created via the bulk create process can be searched via the ‘batch name’ the user indicates during the process.
Why is it important?
Ability to bulk create candidates from a file enables Recruiters or Administrators themselves to have the means to easily add candidates into the system. Successfully created candidates can be searched and added to Talent Pools, Email Campaigns and forwarded to Requisitions.
Prerequisites
