Q2 2018 Release Highlights: SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
Release information is a part of the overall SAP SuccessFactors release process.SAP SuccessFactors recommends that you check the SAP SuccessFactors Community Empowerment Center for details about implementing, launching, and utilising the software.

SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Type:
1.Universal Features: Universal features are enabled automatically and you cannot disable them.
2. Optional Features (Opt-in and Opt-out) : Optional features can be enabled when you are ready to take advantage of their functionality. You usually enable them in Admin Center, Upgrade Center, but in some cases, they might require additional prerequisites, like a license or an agreement.
● Provisioning Opt-In or Opt-Out – Contact Customer Success to enable (opt-in) or disable (opt-out) this feature.
● Admin Opt-In or Opt-Out – Customer Administrators enable (opt-in) or disable (opt-out) either in Admin Center.
A.Candidate Profile:
The country list including the sub- division (for ex ample, county, state, and so on) in SAP Success Factors Recruit ing Management is updated to be in compliance with the standard ISO3166 listings.

B . Job Postings :
Recruiting Post ing is now completely integrated with Recruiting Management, thus removing the dependency on Recruiting Marketing. So, Recruiting users who have purchased and enabled SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Post ing can now post a Job Requisition using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting directly from within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management. Addition ally, recruiting users directly ac cess features for managing the al ready posted Job Requisition.

C. Candidate Profile :
The ‘Submit’ option has been renamed to ‘Apply’ in Mobile Apply to ensure consistency with the action that is being performed by the candidate while applying for a job. The label itself is localised (that is, available in the translated languages) and can be changed using the 3-tier language pack. Note: If you have al ready changed the label to an other text than ‘Submit’ and if it is required for you to keep your cur rent label, you need to change it using 3-tier language pack.

D.Admin Tools :
Previously, you had to use Job Requisition template and O er XML template to assign rules. Now, you can go to ‘Ad min Center’ > ‘Recruiting’ > ‘Man age Rules in Recruiting’ to assign rules to Job Requisition and Offer Approval. Once you have created the business rule, you need to specify the event that triggers it.

E.Data Protection and Privacy :
In Recruiting Management (RCM), the new Change Audit re ports will display an overview of any changes that have been made to an external candidate’s information, such as their job application or o er approval.

F. Job Postings :
The user can view sourcing agencies for job postings listed by country. Agency Country and Country fields are dis played on the Job Postings screen. Users can filter job postings on the Add Agency Listings popup by Country.

G.Career Portals :
Recruiting Management now uses reCAPTCHA V2.0, which is an improved version of the existing CAPTCHA functionality. Also, the existing re CAPTCHA V1.0 will not be available after the Q1 2018 Release.
