What is it?
New country version for Belgium:
–completeness of fields and mashups for payroll purposes
– replication of all Employee Central fields required for Belgium payroll 4 5

What is it?
New country version for Indonesia:

3.EC Benefits: Enhancement on Eligibility Rule Evaluation
What is it?
Benefit eligibility rules will now be evaluated as of the enrollment effective from date, which can be either in the past or
in the future.
Why is it important?
Assume a new hire who joined on Jan 20, 2019 is requesting to enroll on Jan 30, 2019 with an enrollment effective from Jan 20, 2019. Here, all the eligibility rules attached to the benefit during enrollment will be evaluated as of Jan 20, 2019(Enrollment effective fro m d ate). T his is also applicable for other scenarios such as marriage, child birth or other life events.

4.EC Time:1908 Mandatory Push to New Time Off UI in Fiori
What is it?
–As of the Q3 2019 release, it will be mandatory to use the new Fiori UI for Time Off. If you’re already using the new Fiori UI, it will no longer be possible to “opt out” and revert to the old UI.
Why is it important?
–All customers who have not adopted the new UI yet, will have to start using it. Therefore, this might lead to change management activities This update removes the upgrade center activity to opt out of the new ESS
UI and go to the old Time Off ESS UI.
