What is it?
Crossboarding from Employee Central
Why is it important?
The intent of Crossboarding is to create an atmosphere conducive for employees to blend in with their new role, team and management. you can help them to be productive quickly and lower the rate of attrition as well.

ONB 2.0
Crossboarding
Modifying the employee profile Job or Compensation Information section is used to trigger crossboarding. After a change has been made a transfer event is triggered.
Create a business rule to evaluate if crossboarding should be initiated for an employee, whose job or compensation information change has resulted in a transfer event.
Crossboarding activity is created in Onboarding
2.Configurable Task Archival
What is it?
Configurable option to archive tasks using business rules
Why is it important?
Provide flexibility to archive tasks on the dashboard that may never be completed to better organize and manage tasks on user’s dashboard
Prerequisites

3. Participant Assignment for Data Review
What is it?
Expand onboardee data review assignment beyond hiring manager to include participants
Why is it important?
Hiring managers may not have necessary information to complete missing or incorrect data for an onboardee and may need assistance
