1.What is it?
Efficient envelopes DocuSign with no outside signing
Why is it important?
When DocuSign no outside signing is enabled for the customer, all the required forms grouped in a single envelope package on the Signature screen.
This considerably reduces the number of transactions considered by DocuSign.
Previously an envelope was generated for each form requiring a signature from new hires or corporate representatives during the Onboarding process.
Prerequisites
DocuSign no outside signing is enabled and Efficient Envelopes is enabled for the customer.
2.What is it?
Enhanced Manage Pending Hires (MPH) for Onboarding.
Why is it important?
Ability to configure the columns and columns headings on MPH in order to provide the end users with most efficient UI. Allow to apply sort and filter on columns.
Prerequisites
Employee Central is enabled.
3.Onboarding 2.0
Crossboarding is about onboarding internal employees who have pursued a new role within the company.
▪ Crossboarding activities can come from: – SFSFEmployeeCentral(1902,1905)
– SFSFRecruiting(RCM)(1905)
– 3rd party Applicant Tracking System(1905)
- Document generation (works the same as it works for Onboarding) Forms can have rules tot rigger for crossboarding activities
Electronic signature available (Docu Sign integration)
- Changes from SFSF Recruiting (RCM) can trigger a crossboarding activity. [new in 1905] ▫ InternalemployeeappliestoapostedjobrequisitionandtheuserinitiatesOnboardingforthisemployee(RCM sends the Internal Hire flag to Onboarding)
