1.Separate Email Notification About Document Transfer
After you import or update users, if document transfer happens, you now receive a separate email notification about document transfer results, including lists of users whose forms have been transferred or failed to transfer.
This enhancement resulted from the separation of two system jobs: user import and document transfer, which aims to improve system performance.
What’s Changed
In the current version, you receive two email notifications about user import or update and document transfer results respectively.
In the previous version, you received only one email notification about user import or update results, which included document transfer results.

2. Feedback Integration with Microsoft Outlook
This feature is no longer available for 1H 2021.
We have left the topic so that you can see what was planned, though the feature has been removed. We included the technical details and retained the available date, so that you can see when it was originally planned. We’re working to add this feature and will update this topic when we do. As of now, however, it is not available.
Configuration Requirements
- The latest version of Continuous Performance Management is enabled.
- You’ve selected Enable Continuous Feedback Outlook Integration on the Continuous Performance Management Configuration view and then choose Save Configuration to allow downloading a manifest file. Additional steps are required to customize that file before using the file with the Microsoft Exchange server. Once those steps are completed, configure the Microsoft Exchange server and then push this feature to all end users.

3. Attachments to Activities for Continuous Performance Management on iOS and Android Mobile Apps
n the iOS and Android SAP SuccessFactors Mobile apps, you can now upload, view, remove, and download attachments on Activities for Continuous Performance Management (CPM).
CPM supports the same Attachments function on SAP SuccessFactors web and mobile apps, but between iOS and Android SAP SuccessFactors Mobile apps, the file types that can be directly previewed differ:
- In the Android app, you can preview PDF files and images but you need a third-party tool to open other types of files.
- In the iOS app, you can preview all the supported file types except PPT files.

4. Retention of Reports for Download on My Jobs Page
You can now download a report from My Jobs in Report Center only up to 14 days after job completion, irrespective of the report type.
Beyond 14 days, the download links of the reports are disabled. The previously configured retention periods don’t apply, and you can no longer configure the retention period of any report.
This enhancement aligns the retention period of all reports available on the My Jobs page.

5.New UI Integration Cards
In SAP Work Zone for HR, new UI integration cards are now available for you to access more SAP SuccessFactors features. In the 1H 2021 release, we added the following UI integration cards:
- Development Goals: View and update your development goals.
- Learning Approval: Manage learning requests pending your approval.
- Curricula Status: View the overall status of learning curricula assigned to you.
- Vaccination Status: Track the current status of employee vaccination.
We built these card templates so you can easily access SAP SuccessFactors information you need by configuring pre-defined cards. You don’t have to switch between applications to get the information anymore.
