1.Accept or Reject Auto Delegation Requests
Users can now respond to auto delegation requests on a new tab called “Delegation Requests for Me” after their organization enables the enhancement. On the tab, they can view requests they’ve received and respond to each pending one by either accepting or rejecting it.SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central H1 2020 1 2
Users are offered a chance to decide whether they want to accept or reject delegation requests, and the delegators are immediately informed of their decisions.

3.Advance Leave Payment for Australia
If any employee who is requesting for an absence, is in need of additional money during the absence, then the employees can choose to use the advance leave payment option. The employee can also choose to split the advance payment that is being requested across the financial year, if the absence spans across the financial year change.5

4.Centralized Services Updates for Employee Central Imports
The Centralized Services feature is now supported by default with Biographical Information, Email Information, Phone Information, and National ID information imports.
Centralized Services is a feature that comes activated out of the box. This is our first step in the direction to promote it as a universal feature
Before and After
In the previous version, to use Centralized Services, you had to ensure that it was activated on the Admin Center-Company System and Logo Settings page. However, given your business requirement, you also had the option to disable the feature.
In the current version, the following entities support Centralized Services, irrespective of whether you’ve activated the feature:6

●Email Information
●Phone Information
●National ID Information
For all other supported entities, the feature must be activated for consuming Centralized Services 7

5.Change Scenarios of Business Rules
You can now change the underlying scenarios of existing rules. You can change the scenario from basic to application-specific, or from one application-specific scenario to another application-specific scenario.8
Previously, it wasn’t possible to change the scenario of an existing rule, or change its attributes. You had to re-create the rule and select the corresponding scenario and attributes during creation.

6.Country or Region-Specific Address Mapping Using BCUI
You can now use the Mapped Domain Attribute Name field to configure country or region-specific address mapping using Business Configuration UI based on each address field’s definition. This field is a picklist and only relevant when SAP Cloud Platform Master Data Integration is used in integration scenarios.9
For example, in Germany the address1 field can be mapped to a Street field. However, in Australia the same field can correspond to the Street and House Number field in ONEmasterdata service.

7.Deactivate Picklists
You can no longer delete picklists, picklist versions, or picklist values. You can only deactivate a picklist, picklist version, or picklist value.
Deactivated picklists, picklist versions, and picklist values aren’t available for use in the application. While deactivating a picklist, you’re warned of the consequences of your action.
Deleting picklists, picklist versions, or picklist values results in the loss of data references within or outside MDF. A deleted picklist, picklist version, or picklist value can’t be restored.

8.Import and Export Corporate Data Model Information
You can now import and export the Corporate Data Model and Country or Region-Specific Corporate Data Model information from the Admin Center.
For example, to configure automatic approval for stalled workflows, you can export the Corporate Data Model template from Admin Center, incorporate your changes, and then import it back to the system.
You no longer require the help of an implementation partner to import and export related changes.
Before and After
Previously, you could import or export the Corporate Data Model template from Provisioning.
Now, you can import or export Corporate Data Model template from the Admin Center
