1.Replication of National ID and Work Permit (Infotype 0185) for Colombia
We have enabled replication of National ID and Work Permit (Infotype 0185) from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll for Colombia.
The replication is enabled to support the customers meet the legal changes in Colombia.

Synchronization Support Package EA-HR SP93 must be installed in your Employee Central Payroll system.
Please note that, while the Employee Central side of this feature is available, you can’t use the feature as a whole until the support package mentioned is released. Note also that the full documentation won’t be available until then either.

2.Rule Function to Get Next Possible Date for Changes
This rule function returns the next possible date for which payroll-specific date changes are allowed for an employee assigned to a pay group.We developed this feature to prevent:
- Employees from entering past dated bank account changes
- Administrator and business users from entering past dated payroll-specific data.

3.Manage Configuration in Payroll Control Center
We provided a new tab called Manage Configuration in Payroll Control Center to simplify the configuration of validation rules and analytics for employees’ master data and payroll data.Business users now use the Manage Configuration app to flexibly create and update the following objects based on business needs:
- Validation rules for checking employees’ master data and payroll data
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) for analytics of employee’s master data and payroll data
The Manage Configuration app enables business users to flexibly manage validation rules and analytics based on the changing business needs. In cases like below, you as a business user don’t have to ask a technical user to update the implementation of the validation rules or analytics. Role-Based Permission Prerequisites
You have the Administrator or User Payroll Control Center Manage Configuration Access permission.
What’s Changed
In the current version, business users can create and update validation rules and analytics as needed according to the validation rule types and KPI types created by the administrator.
In the previous version, validation rules and analytics had to be implemented by an administrator in Configuration Workbench. If a change was needed, it had to be made by the administrator.

4.Replication of Custom Fields from Employee Central to Absences (2001) Infotype
You can now replicate custom fields of the Employee Time object to fields of infotype 2001.
When employees request time off, they have to fill out a number of standard fields. If these standard fields don’t cover the unique requirements at your company, you can create custom fields. These custom fields can be mapped to fields of infotype 2001 and replicated in the standard Employee Central Payroll using point-to-point integration.
