1. Manage Beneficiaries on the Pension Enrollment UI
Beneficiaries can now be added and managed for the pension benefit. This update allows employees to easily manage their pension beneficiaries, improving the overall user experience and efficiency in pension benefit management.
Now, the employees can manage beneficiaries for pension on the pension enrollment UI.
Previously, adding and managing beneficiaries was not supported for the pension benefit within the benefit enrollment UI.

2. Redesign of Benefits Permissions to Introduce a Separate User Permissions Category
A new permission location Benefits Management has been added to Manage Permission Roles to manage the employee actions on the benefits/benefit programs. It displays user permissions previously grouped with administrator permissions. Use it to easily manage and assign specific permissions for benefits management.
The Benefits Management permission location consists of the following user permissions:
- View Benefits/Benefit Programs
- Enroll Benefits/Benefit Programs
- Edit Benefit Enrollments
- Claim Benefits
Until now, the employee (user) permissions were grouped together with the administrator permissions under the Manage Benefits Permission Location, under Enable Employee Actions for Benefits/Benefit Programs.

3. Addition of the Benefit Enrollment Action Card on the Home Page
The Benefit Enrollment action card has been added to the For You Today section of the SAP SuccessFactors home page.
This card displays enrollment action that is due from the employee’s side. It prompts the employee to complete their enrollment, as well as displays the timeline (number of remaining days) to complete the enrollment.
Choosing this card takes the employee directly to the latest Benefit Enrollment screen, where they can perform the enrollment steps. This action card is available only for the open enrollment period and it will not be available for the work/life enrollment. The title of this card has the this format, Enroll in <schedule period name> Benefits.
The Benefit Enrollment action card helps an employee to know their enrollment-related action item and its timeline on the home page itself. This helps them to effectively perform any pending tasks related to Benefit enrollment.

4. Adding Benefits With Different Currencies in the Latest Benefits Enrollment Process
To support benefits with different currencies in the same enrollment process, we have added the new Benefits with Different Currencies field to the Configure Benefit Enrollment Process object.
You can choose either Yes or No in this field. Selecting Yes allows you to add Benefits with different currencies in the same benefit enrollment process. If this feature is enabled, then the system won’t calculate and display the total cost for the employee in the Your Cost section in the Review your Benefits screen.
Until now, an employee could only use benefits with the same currency. This feature helps those employees who are eligible for benefits with multiple currencies.
