People Central Hub in SAP SuccessFactors , Recently (Q4/2017), SAP SuccessFactors came out with another unique solution called People Central Hub to overcome the integration challenges with other system environments.
People Central Hub brings Central Data Hub for integrating Employee Data with other systems like SAP ERP HCM, SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur (Travel Solution), SAP Ariba and any other 3rd Party System Tool.
People Central Hub in SAP SuccessFactors , Any customer who has multiple HR systems including SAP with different data wanted to integrate with SuccessFactors and does not Employee Central as Core HR module, People Central Hub plays a very crucial role between SF and other systems. People Central Hub serves the purpose of Mini-master Employee Data or consolidated reporting and workforce visualisation hub with so many other specific scenarios. The other limitation (positive) in People Central Hub is that the data is read only and it can’t be changed. This facilitates consistency of master data in both SF and 3rd party HR system of records.
Current Challenge and best solution in Integration – The process of integrating and consolidating HR data from different global systems is very complex with workforce spread over different regions.
