If you want to get certified in SuccessFactors for the first time, you will need to take the core exam. If the latest exam version per current release is not yet available, you have two options: 7
– wait until the exam gets published (see schedule on the right hand side)
– don’t wait and take the previous core exam AND get the latest update by taking the respective delta exam (even if it is in the same quarter)
Already have a SuccessFactors Certification?
Once you successfully complete a SuccessFactors core exam, you will need to stay current and maintain your certification by reviewing the delta content and complete the delta assessment(s) for the solutions you are certified in on a quarterly basis. Take note of the release version of the certification exam that you are registering for. Based on the release, you will either be required to take the delta assessments immediately or you will be asked to start the following quarter
