1. Complete Calibration To-Do Task on the Latest Home Page
Calibration reviewers can now view the Complete Calibration to-do task in the For You Today section on the latest home page.
Through the task, reviewers can go directly to their sessions that are in progress to view or give ratings. When a reviewer has multiple sessions, the sessions are ordered by the due date and the one of the most urgency, which is overdue the longest or closest to the due date, is displayed. The user can then choose Go to Session to view this particular session or click View All to display all sessions.
In addition, the task also displays the reviewer’s specific role in a calibration session.
The task provides calibration reviewers a quick access to their sessions.

2. Performance Review Tasks on the Latest Home Page
Managers and employees can now view the Review Employee Performance task and Review Your Performance task in the For You Today section on the latest home page.
They can go directly to the performance review forms from the home page to complete the tasks. If managers have more than one task, cards are grouped into Direct Reports, Matrix Reports, and Other on the stack view. This offers managers a more organized view of the forms that require their review.
Customers want their most urgent, pending tasks to appear on the home page. These new cards ensure that users give prompt attention to performance reviews that await their response.

3. Audit Trail Now Reportable in Stories in People Analytics
You can now use Stories in People Analytics to report the audit trail records of form completed steps, including step owner and step action.
The audit trail table hard joins with the route entry schema so that you can also access associated step information in story reports, for example, step ID and description

4. Configuration Center Support For Performance Management Form Templates
You can now view, download, and transport Performance Management form templates using Configuration Center.
Configuration Center simplifies your experience at configuring the change management process, viewing , downloading, and transporting certified configurations across tenants.

- Ensure you’ve enabled Manage talent templates in Configuration Center in the Platform Feature Settings page.
- Ensure you’ve enabled the Performance Management setting in Provisioning.
