1. Enhancements to My Team Positions
You can now manage job requisitions on the My Team Positions page in Position Management.
Managers can now perform the following actions related to job requisitions by selecting them from the More Actions dropdown menu on a position card on the My Team Positions page.
SAP made a few enhancements related to the My Team Positions page to improve the manager experience.

2. Date of Birth Validation Under Biographical Information
The Date of Birth field under the Biographical Information entity now includes validation to ensure the entered date is in the past.
If you enter a current or future date in the Date of Birth field, an error message will prompt you to correct it. Previously, there was no such validation.
sap made this enhancement to help you minimize errors when entering the date of birth data for employees.
What’s Changed
If the entered date is today or in the future, you’ll receive an error message that prompts you to input a past date.

3. Enhanced Access to My Workflow Requests Page
You can now access the My Workflow Requests page with a deep link or by searching in the global header.
You now have additional ways to access the My Workflow Requests page, which displays workflow requests awaiting approval and allows batch approval. New access methods include the following:
- Deep link: Use sf/myWorkflowRequests to navigate directly to the page.
- Global search: Enter “My Workflow Requests” in the global header search bar to locate the page.
These new access options simplify navigation for general users and offer flexibility for customizing access.

4. Mass Data Management Supports Job Information
Mass Data Management now supports Job Information.
This solution enables both technical and non-technical users to efficiently manage mass changes in Job Information. It’s ideal for administrators and HR representatives looking to streamline and simplify the process of updating employee job data.
Job Information processing allows for synchronous processing of up to 50 records for a single mass change request, ensuring efficient data management. Previously Mass Data Management only supported Position data object.
Additionally, the Job History import is renamed to Job Information import to avoid confusion when working with imported data.
We’ve made this enhancement to allow customers to perform bulk changes to Job Information data for multiple employees simultaneously.
Configuration Requirements
You need to configure Mass Changes Job Configuration for Job information in Manage Data.
Role-Based Permission Prerequisites
- You have the Administrator Permissions >> Manage Mass Data Management >> Enable Mass Data Management.
- You have the User Permissions >> Employee Central Effective Dated Entities >> Job Information.
In the current release, Mass Data Management now supports both Position data object and Job Information.
Previously, Mass Data Management only supported Position data object.

5. New National ID Information with Validity Period – General Availability
To support tracking lifelong changes to your national ID information, we have added the validity fields Valid From and Valid To for each National ID records in National ID Information.
- New validity fields Valid From and Valid To in National ID Information
- New fields record-id, valid-from, and valid-to to the nationalIdCard HRIS element in Business Configuration UI (BCUI)
We made the enhancement so that users can have multiple National ID records of different validity periods on card type and country/region level.
