1.What to include on your professional CV
• Name, professional titles, contact details
– Make your name the CV Header
– Ensure you have a professional-sounding email address
• Education, employment history, relevant experience
• Skills, languages, extracurricular and volunteering activities. certificates
Additional sections you may include to give your CV some personality
• Personal interests and hobbies
• Personal statement/summary
Depending on if you have room on the top of your CV, a personal statement or summary helps give it that extra boost
2.References
• If you don’t want to add the contact details of your references, you may simply write, “References available upon request”
3.Don’t forget
• The length of your CV should not be more than 2 pages
• Font is vital, stick to one standard, professional font in one size with proper and consistent spacing throughout • Proofread your CV for any spelling or grammatical errors • Save your CV in a universal and uneditable file format such as a .pdf
