1. AI-Assisted Interview Feedback Insights

You can now generate comprehensive insights from the candidate’s interview feedback using generative AI capabilities.

The AI-generated insights are derived from feedback received from multiple interviewers. They incorporate the candidate’s ratings, individual remarks for skill and competency, notes, overall comments, and final recommendations. Recruiters and hiring managers can generate, view, and regenerate interview feedback insights at different stages of the candidate’s interview as new data becomes available. First screen shows the 'Generate' button highlighted. Second screen displays the insights generated after choosing the button.

The AI-assisted Interview Feedback Insights feature provides:

  • Efficiency: Saves time by offering a quick summary, reducing the need to review multiple individual feedback entries.
  • Decision-making: Helps recruiters and hiring managers make more informed decisions by highlighting key insights from the feedback.
  • Consistency: Ensures that all aspects of a candidate’s interview feedback are consolidated and uniformly presented.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites

Enable the Assisted Interview Feedback Insights permission from Admin Center >> Manage Permission Roles >> User Permissions >> AI Access.

2. Drag and Drop Functionality in the Applicant Management Tool

Drag & drop functionality in the redesigned Applicant Management tool allows recruiters to move candidates across the recruiting pipeline efficiently while ensuring permissions and business rules are adhered to.

The drag and drop functionality supports the following features:

  • Single applicant movement.
  • Multiple applicant movement (Bulk Action): If all applicants are in the same initial status, they are moved successfully with the required action or eligibility checks as for a single applicant. If applicants are in different statuses, the system handles partial success, requiring user actions for eligibility checks.
  • Permission check and eligibility: The system checks permissions for each move action to ensure the recruiting user is authorized to perform the move. Eligibility checks are performed to ensure applicants can be moved to the desired status.
  • User feedback and error handling: If a user lacks permission or if there are eligibility issues, the system provides feedback explaining why the action cannot be completed. Dependencies on intermediate statuses are clearly communicated to the user.First screen shows two candidates dragged and dropped to the 'Screen' status. Second screen displays the candidate details and the sub-item selection as Background Check Request. On clicking Move, it navigates to the third screen confirming both candidates have been moved to the Background Check Request status.

This enhancement improves user experience by reintroducing a familiar interaction pattern from the legacy system, ensuring efficient candidate management while adhering to permissions and business rules.

3. Enhanced Application Data Download

You can now download comprehensive application data, including resumes, cover letters, and other attachments, as a single PDF or ZIP file.

Selecting Download Documents from the applicant’s quick actions opens a window where you can choose files from various sections: The illustration shows documents of three candidates are downloaded using Download Documents option which opens a new window where the user selects the list of documents to be downloaded in a single PDF. It also shows the status of the download.

  • You can download documents for one or multiple applicants.
  • For a single applicant, downloads are available only in PDF format.
  • For multiple applicants, you can choose between PDF or ZIP formats.

Note

  • An email notification is sent when the file is ready for download.
  • Once the file is ready for download, it will be available for 24 hours, after which it will be deleted.
  • If a file is already available for download, starting a new request will delete the previous file.
  • You cannot start a new download request until the current file download is complete.

4. Enhanced Sorting Using Applicant’s Name

The new feature allows users to sort applicants by either their first name or last name, providing greater flexibility and clarity in organizing applicant lists.

This enhancement streamlines the applicant review process and makes it easier to quickly locate or categorize candidates by name.
