## 1. Mass Import Personal Goals in Latest Goal Management

In the latest version of Goal Management, you can now mass import personal goals

performance goals and development goals through Admin Center.

In the latest version of Goal Management, you can use the following two goal import
functions: Import Performance Goals and Import Development Goals. Features supported
in these functions are limited to the supported features of the latest version of
Goal Management.

We built this feature to achieve feature parity with the legacy version of Goal 
Management.

## 2. Add External Participants When Users Have No Search Permissions

Users who don’t have the permission to search for external users can now add external
[users](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/success-factors-training-videos/) 
as form participants by email address.

Users can enter the email address of an external user in the Add a New External 
Participant dialog box. If the external user already exists in the system, the First
Name and Last Name fields are automatically filled and users can select Add to add
the external user as a participant.
