# SuccessFactors Certification Exam

**1. New to SAP SuccessFactors? **

 To become certified in SAP SuccessFactors for the first time, you will need to 
take the core exam. If the latest [exam](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/sap-successfactors-sample-videos/)
version per current release

**2. Already have an SAP SuccessFactors Certification? **

 Once you successfully complete an SAP SuccessFactors core exam, you will need to
stay current and maintain your certification by reviewing the delta content and 
complete the delta assessment(s) for the solutions you are certified in on a [quarterly basis](https://www.anipeabraham.com/sap-successfactors-training-videos/).

**3. Are you ready for SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification? **

 This expert level of Certification is based on successful project experience and
does not require a new exam. [SAP](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/successfactors-employee-central-online-training/)
SuccessFactors Professional Certification shows the world that you have the highest
level of competency on SuccessFactors products. 
 Are you an SAP SuccessFactors 
Partner or an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant?  Do you have a valid SAP SuccessFactors
Associate Certification?  Have you served as the lead consultant on 3 successful
SAP SuccessFactors implementations in the last 36 months?

 If you fail to complete a specific quarter’s delta for the product that you are
currently holding a valid certification, you will no longer be certified and will
need to take the respective core exams again to [re-certify](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/sap-successfactors-employee-central-ec-certification/).
Please note that quarterly exams and deltas get retired once the successor release
