Here are a few key updates you should consider for Sap SuccessFactors Recruiting
H2 2020 .

## H2 – 2020 Release Schedule

 * Preview Release – October 16th , 2020
 * Production Release – November 10th , 2020

## 1.Email Verification with One-Time Password for New Candidate Account

When an external candidate creates an account from the career site, an email with
a one-time password ([OTP](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/employee-central-payroll-training/))
is sent to the provided email address. The candidate must then enter a valid OTP
on the Create Account page to continue with account creation.

This feature is enabled by default if you’ve enabled the Use email as external applicant
user ID option in Provisioning. [However](https://twitter.com/anipeabraham), you
can choose to disable the feature using a switch under Manage Recruiting Settings
in Admin Center. You can also modify the default email content if needed. Sap SuccessFactors

## 2.Simplified Recruiting Posting Enablement

We’ve simplified the process to enable Recruiting Posting with no exclusive configuration
required in Provisioning. Customers can now implement the functionality without

you will still need to configure permissions to manage any specific job posting 
settings.

This enhancement reduces the number of steps needed to enable Recruiting Posting.

## 3.European Union Access Service Supported

Recruiting Posting now supports the EU access service from SAP.

The EU access Service from SAP [restricts ](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/successfactors-employee-central-payroll-h2-2020/)
remote data access and data storage for countries where it’s required by European
law.

The transfer of personal data from the EU and countries from the European Economic
Area and Switzerland to another country can bring up issues pertinent to data protection
and privacy requirements. These issues are resolved by the EU access service which

## 4.Elimination of Recruiting Posting Job Credits

The Recruiting Posting Job Credit consumption model to [post jobs](https://www.facebook.com/LorenzoDataSolutions)
has been removed.

The elimination is a new step to position Recruiting Posting as the native Job Distribution
feature for Recruiting.

## What’s Changed

In the current [version](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/successfactors-employee-central-h2-2020/),
you are no longer limited by Recruiting Posting credits when posting your Job Requisition
onto Job [boards](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_IKIRbzAqfKHtp1y7IQoXA/featured)(
Please note, however, that you will still be charged by Job Boards that you have
to pay for).
