Previously, on the Employee Central Service Center application an employee could view all attachments that were part of a conversation with the HR agent. Now, the employee will not be exposed to all attachments uploaded by the HR agent. It is on the discretion of the HR agent to have relevant attachments appear on the Employee Central Service Center application. To disable an attachment for an employee, the HR agent after uploading an attachment on SAP Hybris Cloud for Service system can select ‘Internal Attachment’ as the attachment type. Why is it important? The agent has the possibility to restrict information that are not relevant for the employee.
