#### 1.**What is it? **

Efficient envelopes DocuSign with no outside [signing ](https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=919912283899&text=&source=&data=)

**Why is it important? **

When DocuSign no outside signing is enabled for the customer, all the required forms
grouped in a single [envelope](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/successfactors-employee-central-videos/)
package on the Signature screen.
 This considerably reduces the number of transactions
considered by DocuSign. Previously an envelope was generated for each form requiring
a signature from new hires or corporate representatives [during ](https://www.youtube.com/LorenzoDataSolutions)
the Onboarding process.

**Prerequisites **

DocuSign no outside signing is enabled and Efficient Envelopes is enabled for the
customer.

#### 2.**What is it? **

Enhanced Manage Pending Hires (MPH) for Onboarding.

**Why is it important? **

Ability to configure the columns and columns headings on MPH in order to provide
the end users with most [efficient](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/sap-successfactors-training/)
UI. Allow to apply sort and filter on columns.

**Prerequisites **

Employee Central is enabled.

#### 3.**Onboarding 2.0 **

Crossboarding is about onboarding internal employees who have pursued a new role
within the company.

▪ Crossboarding activities can come from: – SFSFEmployeeCentral(1902,1905)
 – SFSFRecruiting(
RCM)(1905) – 3rd party Applicant [Tracking ](https://www.lorenzo-datasolutions.com/success-factors-training-videos/)

 *  **Document generation **(works the same as it works for Onboarding)  Forms 
   can have rules tot rigger for crossboarding activities
     Electronic signature
   available (Docu Sign integration)

 1.  Changes from **SFSF Recruiting (RCM) **can trigger a crossboarding activity. **[
    new in 1905] ** ▫ InternalemployeeappliestoapostedjobrequisitionandtheuserinitiatesOnboardingforthisemployee(
