# Picklist Migration to MDF

**Picklist Migration to MDF**

 We have noticed that some people may be experiencing an issue with initial sign
on to a newly requested instance, that may also affect recruiting and the people

 This is only applicable to new requests made after the 1905 upgrade. (The upgrade

 If you are experiencing an issue with initial sign on as a BizX user and receive
a “System Error” you are asked to wait for 24 hours and try again. [5](https://www.google.co.in/search?q=lorenzo-datasolutions&oq=lorenzo-datasolutions)

 if you continue to experience an issue with logon, or you see an issue with recruiting
or with the people profile you should run a job from the BizX provisioning application.
Please only do this IF you experience these issues. You do not need to run the job

 To run the job do the following:

 1.  Go to the data center provisioning application (e.g. for DC2 this is [http://pmsalesdemo2.successfactors.com/provisioning_login)](http://pmsalesdemo8.successfactors.com/provisioning_login))
 2.  Login and select your tenant
 3.  Scroll down and click _Manage Scheduled Jobs_
 4.  Click _Create New Job_
 5.  Provide a _Job Name_ e.g. **MDF Sync**
 6.  Select _Job Owner_ **sfadmin**
 7.  Select _Job Type_ **Picklist Migration to MDF**
 8.  Select _Recreate Picklist and Label Views. _The image below shows what the job
     looks like.
 9.  Do not select anything else and press button _Create Job. _The result will be 
     a list of jobs.
 10. For the new job you created select action _Run It Now _and submit.
 11. The job may not run immediately but may be pending but the job will typically 
     run within 10-15 minutes.
