Here are a few key updates you should consider for Performance Management H2 2021. ## H2 – 2021 Release Schedule * **Preview Release – October 15, 2021** * **Production Release – November 19, 2021** ## 1. Complete Calibration To-Do Task on the Latest Home Page Calibration reviewers can now view the Complete Calibration to-do task in the For You [Today ](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6Jlb11xrw6mXt0qshfL0SQ)section on the latest home page. Through the task, reviewers can go directly to their sessions that are in progress to view or give ratings. When a reviewer has multiple sessions, the sessions are ordered by the due date and the one of the most urgency, which is overdue the longest or closest to the due date, is displayed. The user can then choose Go to Session to view this particular session or click View All to display all sessions. In addition, the task also displays the reviewer’s specific role in a calibration session. They can go directly to the performance review forms from the home page to complete the tasks. If managers have more than one task, cards are grouped into Direct Reports, Matrix Reports, and Other on the stack view. This offers managers a more organized view of the forms that require their review. Customers want their most urgent, pending tasks to appear on the home page.
